Rubber Duck Does Photography is a trading style of Artifex Associates Ltd registered in England 4367382.

All Private free portrait sessions will need to be booked with a refundable deposit of £30.

Unless a commercial client has agreed payment and or delivery terms in advance the following shall apply:

• For commercial shoots 50% of the agreed total cost is payable 7 days in advance of the agreed photo shoot. With the balance payable within 15 days of the end of the shoot. Shoots arranged less than 7 days in advance are payable in full at the time of booking.
• Any extra expenses including milage where valid will be agreed on by both parties before the shoot if applicable.
• Venue hire, model charges and any additional expenses such as the hire of specialist equipment where required are payable in full in advance of the arranged shoot and rare non-refundable once the resource has been booked.
• If I am unable to attend an arranged shoot, the shoot can be rearranged for another time, or any monies paid shall be reimbursed, at the client’s discretion.
• The copyright and ownership of the photographs or any part of taken during a shoot remains entirely with Rubber Duck Does Photography (unless reassigned to you in writing) and may not be sold, copied, enlarged, re-printed, transferred to digital format, stored on an electronic device or displayed on a website (this includes social networking sites such as Facebook) without the express written permission of Rubber Duck Does Photography.
• Rubber Duck Does Photography may utilise the photographs taken for advertising and marketing purposes, but will not sell the pictures to anyone without prior consent other than:
  
  - the client for business customers
  - the client, their friends and family for private customers (consumers)
